( 1hour) full body massage This treatment is great for sports and gym enthusiasts, the focus is to relieve tight muscles, reduce muscles aches and pains, stretching is included.
Hot stone massage can relieve pain and tension in your muscles due to the combination of massage therapy and heat. Heat is often recommended as a way to treat achy muscles. Applying heat to an area of the body helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing.
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage, Using mostly light strokes that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. (1 Hour) Relaxing full body massage 30 Minutes is spent on the back , neck and shoulders while you drift off into bliss and find relaxation, this massage is for persons who have overworked, aching muscles, the back of the legs , butt muscles, hips and feet are not left out as most tension is found there . After turning over the front of the body becomes the focus, the thighs, toes ,arms, fingers are massaged and lightly stretched finishing at the shoulders and neck . A few minutes is allowed after to rest ,it is advised to rest for 1 hour after a massage.

Relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety through relaxation. Boosts memory capabilities by relieving stress and quieting the mind. Stimulates lymphatic drainage by circulating blood to the neck area.
A manicure usually consists of filing and shaping the free edge of nails, pushing and clipping (with a cuticle pusher and cuticle nippers) any nonliving tissue, hands are scrubbed with sugar scrub and massaged/ moisturized.

My husband, Mitch and I were on vacation in Barbados when we were referred to Shanice for a massage. We both get regular massages in Canada and have for years, but as we know, it is always beneficial to try someone new and we definitely were not disappointed!!! we both had an hour booked and Shanice managed to cover everything from head to toe and thoroughly with incredible ease and pressure that left us feeling tension, free and very relaxed.
